The Billing & Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the billing lifecycle and quality assurance functions that include prioritizing, completing, processing and maintenance of Behavioral Health and Health Center billing, reporting, and maintenance of records in electronic practice management systems to meet compliance and billing requirements for AACI..

The ideal candidate:

  • 1+ years of experience in Medicare, Medi-Cal, County of Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services, or commercial insurance billing.
  • Experience in electronic practice management systems.
  • Ability to learn operation of new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to manage priorities & workload to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Ability to perform, summarize and present data analysis.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Remote work experience using Zoom or Microsoft Teams
