Integrated Front Office Lead

Under the supervision of the Health Center Clinic Manager, the Health Center Front Office Lead oversees and coordinates AACI’s reception and call center team. Responsible for promoting a high level of customer service and maintaining efficient and effective daily operations

  • Supervises receptionist/call center staff for integrated reception including call center and  medical, behavioral health and administrative reception areas,.   
  • Ensures reception and call center are covered at all times. In conjunction with the Clinic Manager, maintains daily/weekly/monthly team schedules.
  • Serves as back up for reception and call center staffing as needed. Provides and promotes client engagement and exemplary customer service for all AACI encounters, face to face, online and on the telephone.
  • Trains, supports, assists with evaluation, and acts as resource for reception and call center staff
  • Ensures team is fully trained and current on all front desk/call center policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 1year of supervisory experience within a Healthcare setting
  • Experience and knowledge of Healthcare and Behavioral Health workflows
  • Demonstrated initiative with helping problem solve patient complaints
  • Understands protocols requiring clinical intervention
